📦 Free Trial Before You Buy

To help you make an informed decision, we offer a free trial so you can test the quality of our IPTV service, channel selection, and compatibility with your device before subscribing.
We strongly encourage all customers to try the service first to make sure it fits their needs before purchasing a paid plan.


No Refunds on 1-Month Subscriptions

Due to the short-term nature of our monthly plans, we do not offer refunds for 1-month subscriptions under any circumstances. Please use the trial option before subscribing to ensure the service works for you.


7-Day Conditional Refund Policy

For subscriptions longer than one month (e.g., 3-month, 6-month, or 1-year plans), we offer a 7-day refund policy under the following conditions:

  • You report ongoing technical issues that we are unable to resolve during your first 7 days of service.

  • Issues include constant buffering, non-working channels, or app login problems that persist after troubleshooting.

  • You must contact our support team within the 7-day period and allow us time to try and resolve the problem.

If we are unable to fix the issue within this period, you may request a full or partial refund, depending on the situation.


🔁 No Refunds After 7 Days of Activation

After 7 days from activation, no refunds will be issued, regardless of the subscription length. This is due to the nature of digital IPTV services, where access is granted immediately and cannot be reversed.


💳 Billing Errors or Duplicate Payments

If you believe you’ve been charged more than once or made a duplicate payment, please contact us. Once verified, we’ll process a full refund for the extra charge.
