Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:
Service Activation Issues: If you experience significant technical issues that prevent the activation or proper use of the Canacast IPTV service, and our support team is unable to resolve the problem within 72 hours, you may be eligible for a refund.
Service Not as Described: If the service provided does not match the description or features promised at the time of purchase, and we are unable to rectify the discrepancy, you may request a refund.
Service Outages: If the Canacast IPTV service experiences extended outages or interruptions (more than 48 hours) that are not resolved promptly, you may qualify for a refund.
Duplicate Charges: In the event that you are mistakenly charged more than once for the same service, we will promptly refund the duplicate charges.
Accidental Purchases: If a purchase was made accidentally and the service has not been used, you may request a refund within 24 hours of the purchase.

Refund Decision: Once the investigation is complete, we will notify you of our decision. If your request is approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Please note that refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider’s processing time.
